Where is all this social networking heading and what is the future?

I did a paper on networking in 11th grade civics class. Get ready for this!

Networking starts as a network of people who support someone as thier US Representative (Congressperson) in a fundraising effort for campaign funds. Eventually it deteriorates into a quid pro quo for services. My dad owns the largest floral company in the world, and he fell victim to a network he joined initially to donate money to an honest congressman. the congressman usually has nothing to do with it. My dad wanted new carpeting in all 730 of his stores. In exchange, he traded 16 plants per store that typically sell for 100.00 each. the carpeting he got looked nice, but began to disintergrate as soon as people began to walk on it. There was no pad. It turned out to be the kind of prop carpet that's used in sales displays, and thown out when the display changes. Networking is inequitable. No matter what you barter, there is no record of sales which means no warranty, gaurantee, or way of challenging your bad end of the deal but you can't do anything about the inequity, because there is no record of the sales, meaning no taxes were paid, and whether you know it or not, you've become a criminal.

Networks usually prosper in communities of 250,000 people or less. When young professional people like physicians, attorneys, accountants, real estate types, anyone with a lisence, comes to town, they recieve a basket of fruit and bakery goodies from a fund used precisly for deception. then 2 or 3 senior network mmbers visit the new professional's wife at home to " welcome them ". Since 20somethings have small children, childcare is a concern that prompts everyones attention. as of 2007, childcare at the reputable city childcare centers run about 115.00 per child, per week.

The women are then offered free childcare if thier husbands would agree to trade a few simple tasks in exchange. Like 3 uncontested divorces, 5 bankruptcies, a few simple DUIs, etc. Initially, the husbands -or in fewer cases, the wife - think thier spouse has struck a great deal. then when they put thier first obligatory case through the judicial mill, do they finally realize they are committing a serious crime: conspirarcy.

Then the unspoken extortion begins. Eventually the drs wives get approached: 4 appendectomies, 2 tonselectomies, 5 abortions, some mole removals, etc. but free childcare. eventually a core network person will want access to someone's medical records, as a network function. who is requesting this and why is always unclear. they feel trapped as they know that not documenting or billing for services is against the law. Unspoken extortion.

Eventually, core members will notice they can use blackmail to pre-determine the outcome of trials. Afterall, they probably have a judge in thier network, some scared young attorneys who don't want to see the bright futures flush right in front of them when they are 27 years old with 2 little ones.

Do you have any idea where networking can lead?

Call the consumer report's 800 number, and they will tell you even more.

Where is all this social networking heading and what is the future?
As far as communication between people goes, no matter how small cell phones get and no matter how many people join myspace it all comes down to who wants to talk to who. No matter how advanced technology becomes if someone doesn't want to socialize or network with someone else they'll just not answer their phone or delete the email. As far as the future goes, no one has exact proof of how it began or more importantly how it is going to end. We as human beings don't have much time on the planet, try to worry and think about other things.
