Im guessing there kinda like id cards or something but do you get to personilize them in the store or on the computer. Im just confused about how they work.

Where did you hear/see this? I'm not familiar with the term, and it sounds fishy.
Are they supposed to be like business cards for people that participate in social networks, or is it some way to connect your different accounts on different sites??.....
