I don't have a MySpace or Facebook profile. Nor would I want one. I can't stand the thought of people I don't know knowing so much about me.
Some potential employers have been known to use those profiles in assessing an applicant's employability with their company.
Aren't you concerned about your privacy? About revealing so much of yourself to complete strangers? Why do you do it?
For those with a social networking profile . . . Aren't you worried about your privacy?
Facebook allows you to set privacy settings so only people you allow (friends, family) can view your profile and find you in search results.
You can even set your profile to be limited if you want it to be public, so no worries about being stalked.
