Musicians Social Networking Site?

First of all, does anyone know of a ssite like the one in the post below, which is one i sent to a few web design forums and stuff looking for anyone to help me.

I was on myspace one day a while ago and i was thinking about teh music side of it. I was wondering if there was anytihng like this, but just for bands and other musicians to upload there songs and for other people to rate them and find other great bands, sort of like the myspace music part of the site but people can browse through particular genres and find similar bands etc..





So, i searched google and, although, i admit, it wasn't a very big search, i didn't find anything. So, i decided i wanted to make one (yes, a bit ambitious, but hey that's me !:) )





So the bottom line, basically, is if anyone would like to help, in any way, be it a major part, or just a bit of code. Also, if anyone does know of a site like this, then could you tell me as i would love to look at it and i twould stop me wanting to do this.

Really, Myspace was originally populated with mainly bands. Other people joined and it has become what it is today.
